Atta girl. I am still working on my second cup of coffee and I just took off my jammies for some sweat pants/t-shirt, and have pulled my hair in a pony tail. Heh. Slow moving morning around here. Fighting a cold, for sure.

when i got sick a week or so ago, i loaded up with emgergenC, airborne, and elderberry extract, capsule delivery system.

jen recommended the elderberry, and i swear that this combination lessened the effects of the cold and shortened the duration

i did, of course, take a little bit over the prescribed amount of all three. not much, but a little.

I think I have airborne around here, but I can't say for sure where...I don't think I have used it since the move. Doh. The other stuff I will have to search for in the store. Where did you find elderberry extract?
