a little bit of this

a little bit of that



mu ch'i went for her annual doctor visit on saturday,
and the doc said that if she'd never seen her chart
she would think that mu ch'i was like 5 or 6 years old
instead of 15

:D

and the virus that crops up has subsided quite a lot and so
she didn't need a steroid shot

:D

i was so relieved and happy and bubbly to hear all these things
and so grateful

and of course the next morning as mooch is laying in my lap in bed
as i was sipping tea and reading 'Wild',
smooch complains about something and moves to the end of the bed
and lays her head on her favorite catnip mouse
and stares into space while flipping her tail

i thought, great. i was so happy about her that i've surely condemned her
to an awful disease and a speedy demise.

such are the thoughts that run through my head

she is fine, of course (i hope)

band stuff is good but changing some

running out of time this morning, i should have posted all of this
and more
yesterday while i had plenty of it (time)
