WTF...Peacocks

So after work yesterday I was driving up Rex street to see if the '59 Chevy is still there. It is :)
The street is narrow and at one spot only one car can pass at a time. A car with a couple in it
was sitting at the narrow spot, looking at something. They saw I had pulled over so they could
pass when they began driving again, which they did. And so as I get to the spot where they were
stopped on a bit of a hill, I look to where they had looked and said what the hell were they looking...

I have no idea what this even means, other than the obvious. I've driven on that little street at least a dozen
times, but have never seen this scene. So now I was the one sitting in the middle of the street, going WTF.
