Reprieve

Gallbladder finally settled down enough for me to go to the store and put gas in the car.

Our guitar player Steve and his wife Beans and little seven year old girl Nola had a holiday gathering last night.

TJ is friends with them, also, and I felt well enough to go, so TJ picked me up and we went together. It was fun.

She's treating me to Star Wars a little later this morning. She's a big fan and saw it alone on Thursday, but was sad and lonely to be without Tori and wanted to see it again and have a better time and here I am :)

I've only seen the very first one, and that was ten years after it appeared in theaters. Guess you'd say it has never caught on with me. I was more interested in Star Trek for whatever reason. Spock. Bones. All of them.
But this new Star Wars is supposed to be very good and I'm looking forward to seeing it with TJ.

Since the garage door broke and I've been parking the Mustang in the driveway again in all this weather and with winter around the corner, my mother called yesterday and said she wanted to get the door fixed for me. She felt so bad that sis E and I put weeks of work getting the garage purged and I was only able to park the car inside for two weeks. Just unfair, she said. So I said thank you and yes I will let you do that for me. Very sweet of her. I have trouble letting people help.
