it turned out to be a bad purchase for him. he should/could have checked out the van better before buying. he thought it was a good deal. it wasn't. at all.

he is shell-shocked, feels the earth shifting beneath his feet, no purchase.
but yes, his poor decisions have had an impact on me, for sure.

i guess it's good practice for when he leaves.

well, actually he was supposed to be GONE by now but the van keeps sucking all of his money. now he doesn't have enough to leave for another couple of weeks maybe?

his departure continues to change. it was Dec 1st. then Dec 18th. then it was Jan 1st. then Jan 10th. now...

he can't even register it until maybe the first week of Feb.
