Ugh! I'm having bad headaches every morning - I guess because of the high pollen levels from all the flowering trees I see everywhere. I suspect about a week of this, just like happens every year at this time - although, maybe it will rain again and wash the air a little bit. Ugh!
recent years have seen my allergies being milder than ever, tho still a bit bothersome in spring and fall. the timing of roomie's headcold and my ill feeling and sinus purging is a bit suspect. i've almost forgotten what a cold feels like.
ugh, indeed. i hope you get some relief, yourself.
