A lot of other people are too, and then there are those who realize this and confuse sensitive folks and take advantage. You probably are a wonderful person, manipulated by users, and just unsure of yourself because of their lies and selfishness.

Hang with kind people and avoid people who you feel the slightest bit of shame or apprehension around. It's projecting from them, not coming from inside of you. That's how some people live: by guilting people, even "friends", and then manipulating them uncomfortably.
